Experienced Roofers for Flat-Roof Projects in Haugesund

Start a new project in Norway!

Adecco Norway International Recruitment is looking for two experienced roofers for flat-roof projects in Haugesund, Rogaland. The work starts immediately and is planned to continue at least until the end of 2026, with the possibility of further cooperation. The position is full-time at 37.5 hours per week, and English or Norwegian is accepted.

The work focuses on PVC membranes, roofing felt and related materials. Candidates who have not previously worked in Norway do not need a D-number before starting; Adecco can assist with obtaining one.

Responsibilities

• Carry out roofing work on flat roofs
• Install and finish roofing membranes
• Perform hot-air welding of roofing membranes
• Seal and join membrane sections
• Ensure accurate, high-quality workmanship
• Follow HSE and safe-working procedures when working at height

Qualifications

• At least three years of experience as a roofer
• Experience with flat roofs and roofing membranes
• Ability to perform hot-air welding
• Experience sealing and joining membrane sections
• English or Norwegian language skills
• Comfortable working at height and physically fit
• Driving licence is an advantage
• Able to work independently with accuracy, reliability and attention to quality

Employment conditions
